Don't let up on a healthy you... there's still time in 2021!

Ladies, just because its November doesn't mean we have to start getting cozy on the cough with the pie! Tis the season of fall colors, cooler weather and now that Covid is calming gatherings ๐Ÿ˜Š. Just because the year is winding down doesn't mean you have to! NOW is a great time to set your intentions and create healthy habits for you and the family ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ.

Here are some of Coach Tisa's tips to staying focused through this holiday season:

  1. Create a weekly and monthly schedule- plan ahead for school events, holiday parties and to ensure you have a great time map of FREE time for you and your family.

  2. Wake up EARLIER: uhhhhh I know, I know... no one ever wants to hear this, but if you have ti wake up earlier to create that "ME TIME" for working out, meditation, stretching, or anything that brings you back to the Tru U.

  3. Prioritize self care- mama I understand how much everyone else relies on you but you can not pour from an empty cup! In your scheduling make it a priority to block out some time for a massage, girls night or even just to soak in a nice hot bubble bath in peace!

  4. DONT stress- remind yourself that the holidays are about gratitude and LOVE above gifts and material things. Spend quality time with your loved one and remember that its them thats the most important so don't allow outside sources to create stress and pull you away from that!
