Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the balance of self care, proper nutrition, and moving your body as a way of LIFESTYLE, not a trend or fad. There has always been so much pressure on us as women and mothers to put everyone else's needs above our own. However, I have learned from my personal life and over 10 years of expertise the fitness industry that we cannot pour from "an empty cup". Making your physical and mental health a priority is in NO WAY selfish...its actually a priority in order for you to perform optimally in all the beautiful roles you have taken on as the queen you are. My goal as your coach is to teach you how to rebuild your sense of confidence through feeding your body the nutritious foods it needs, moving your body regularly and mindset development.
